(TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) ("Radisson" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced "bought deal" private placement pursuant to which the Company issued a total of 41,667,000 Class A common shares of the Company (the "Offered Shares") at a price of $0.60 per Share, for gross proceeds of $25,000,200 (the "Offering").The Offering was completed pursuant to an underwriting agreement dated October 7, 2025 between the Company and a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc. (collectively, the "Underwriters").
