Both cohorts saw reductions of approximately 93% by week 24, with 76.9% and 81.8% of patients, respectively, achieving immunologic complete remission. For 24-hour proteinuria, the low-dose group achieved a 78.0% reduction at week 36, sustained through week 52, with 69.2% reaching clinical remission. In the high-dose group, proteinuria declined by 70.1% at week 24, with 80.0% of patients achieving clinical remission.EVER001 was generally well tolerated. No clinically significant adverse events commonly associated with covalent irreversible BTK inhibitors—such as bleeding, arrhythmia, severe infections, or liver dysfunction—were observed. The exhibition features the original artworks of lupus patients, expressing their journey in facing physical and emotional challenges via the universal language of art. The exhibition features diverse artistic expressions including photographs, paintings, headdresses, and installation art pieces for public viewing. 稀有中高端冷冻海产上市公司大洋环球上月跑赢大市 最新财报有启示?

香港,2025年6月6日 - (亚太商讯 via SeaPRwire.com) - 被称为「新消费三姐妹」今年以来累计倍升的表现,大幅跑赢大市同期(恒指同期升17.21%),令市场刮目相看,事实上,部份难以取缔的高端消费相关股份同样静静起革命,如市场稀有的与中高端香港冷冻海产消费相关的上市公司大洋环球(08476)正是一例,今年至今股价同样已升43%。大洋环球于6月3日收市后释出其截至今年3月底止年度业绩,当中会否有着任何启示?大洋环球自2017年10月在港创业板上市,当年以「业务稳健的香港急冻海产进口及代理商」作为公开招股的卖点,时至今日,公司依旧以从事进口及代理急冻海产品为主业的香港与澳门供应商,在急冻海产进口及代理行业拥有逾22年经验,向逾370名批发商及大型餐饮连锁店客户供应各式各样的急冻海产产品超过100个品种,而其客户主要是急冻海鲜转售商及急冻海鲜餐饮服务供应商。其知名产品包括:加拿大牡丹虾、日本熟帆立贝、Clearwater牌北寄贝、帝王蟹脚、蒲烧鳗鱼、北海道带子、各类刺身虾等。表面上,公司2025财年收益录得约3.96亿港元,按年减少13.7%,但对比其上市后首年的2018财年收益约2.4亿港元去计,收益于上市的8年间已增长了65%,反映公司并非一如部份企业所谓「恢复到疫情前水平」,而是真正做到稳步成长;公司2025财年纯利约4,168.6万元,按年增加2.3%。公司在收益减少下仍保持纯利微增的情况,归功于毛利率提高方面。只要有追踪公司业绩就不难发现,大洋环球上市以来一直努力提升其利润率,以毛利率为例,2025财年做出的16.6%,较上年度增加2.1个百分点,即使对比2018财年的13.1%以至上市前的2017财年的12.2%,均有着明显的提升,都可见公司每年因应市况去积极挖掘高利润产品进行销售之能力。公司2025财年每股基本盈利亦提升2.05%,至14.9港仙。拟派末期息4.2港仙,较上年度的4港仙增加了5%,反映其对一众持续支持公司的股东毫不吝啬,积极回馈股东的一面。截至2025年3月底止,公司之银行及现金结余约1.39亿港元,较2024财年增加32.4%,集团总债务仅约220万元,并无银行借款,资产负债比率约0.8%,反映其手头现金极充裕,财务情况非常稳健。业务及财务基本面稳健 未受本地零售趋势影响失色从公司按客户地区来划分的收益去看,公司主要收益来源仍来自香港客户的收益,2025财年持平在约3.15亿元水平,对比香港政府统计处所公布的2024年全年食肆购货额按年跌1.9%的情况而言,反映公司业务表现合理,而此水平实际亦较2018财年及2019财年分别增长49.4%及16.3%。加上,随着香港主要官员近日再强调会继续积极争取国际大型会议落户香港,吸引更多高端过夜旅客来港,伴随高端旅客而来的高端餐饮消费或被提振下,大洋环球客户的经营环境有望进一步渐入佳境后,相信对公司同样有着利好作用。有趣的是,这家被市场憧憬有着转主板可能的上市公司股价表现,从月线图可见,呈持续上行的走势,今年以来累积升幅已超过四成,单计5月亦累计升27.7%,表现跑赢恒指同期。即便大洋环球于4月15日已就转至联交所主板上市的可能性给出公告说法,公司当日的公告声明已委任专业人士评估及评价可能转板的可能性,惟评估及评价尚处于初步阶段,公司并未就可能转板向联交所提呈正式申请;似乎说法无阻市场的乐观预期。纵使公司于其最新业绩前景展望中未有描绘太多的色彩,仅称「将密切监察市况,尤其本地零售市场(留意到香港市场消费趋势的转变),以及将加强公司节省成本措施。然而,事实上,香港人对海鲜美食的热爱绝对是世界级,可谓有数得计!据联合国粮食及农业组织2023年最新统计显示,每名港人每年平均消耗约65公斤海鲜,高于全球人均消耗量20公斤三倍有余,更高踞全球第五、亚洲第三名。由此可见,大洋环球对这类高端急冻海鲜存在需求及面对着消费者终端有要求的客户提供及时可靠供应的需求,不见得会有着反转式的改变。从联合国粮食及农业组织发布的2024年《世界渔业和水产养殖状况》可见,2022年全球水生动物食品消费量约1.625亿吨,自1961年以来的增长率为世界人口年增长率的近两倍;全球水生动物食品每年人均消费量由1961年的9.1公斤上升至2022年的约20.7公斤,此增长率超过同期所有陆地动物所产肉类食品的增长率。亚洲的水生动物食品消费量占全球总量的71%,其中单计中国就占世界水生动物食品消费量的36%。报告指出,2022年,中国的进口增长率相较于出口增长率更高,按金额计,中国首次成为水生动物产品的净进口国。中国进口最多的水产品是虾类、大西洋鳕、龙虾和螃蟹,此些水产品占中国水生动物产品同期总进口额的51%。不难发现,中国高端海鲜消费市场仍有相当广阔的空间。而这个大洋环球未有大幅着墨的市场,会否成为该公司转板可能性进一步落实后,更具预见性下的其中一个未来增长点,看官或可拭目以待。 Copyright 2025 亚太商讯 via SeaPRwire.com.
